Today is a day for him to reflect on past memories of his father going hunting with his father, and the way they enjoyed the dogs and one anothers company. Quail hunting is a Southern tradition in every sense of the word, it's a time for memories and making friends. Throughout the South today, there are numerous quail hunting plantations that honor the tradition by offering hunts with mules and wagons.
